Mindfully Exploring Anger

Do you struggle with anger? Do you feel scared of it or uncomfortable feeling angry? Do you find yourself exploding at your kids or your partner seemingly out of the blue?

You aren't alone. Women in our culture have so many deep and often damaging messages about anger.

This group is a safe place to mindfully explore your own individual relationship with anger while building real relationships with other women who wish to transform these messages  and develop a healthy and empowered relationship with this intense emotion.

This group will meet for six consecutive Friday afternoons from 12:30-2:30pm.

January 26, February 2, February 9, February 16, February 23, March 2, 2018.
