Are you curious about Hakomi? Would you like to know more about the method, how it works or what it looks like? If so, please come eat some yummy snacks while you learn about this incredibly respectful, gentle and effective method of mindfulness-based self discovery. 

We will discuss the principles behind the method (mindfulness, mind-body holism, non-violence, organicity and unity) as well as the flow of the method. We will also either have a demonstration or do a guided meditation that grows from the principles.
