It can be scary or overwhelming to even approach our anger and this course will go slowly and gently as we come closer to the anger we feel inside ourselves. But the beauty of what anger can be awaits us when we mindfully attend to our relationship with anger. This is the potential available to us-

"Anger is a mobilization of energy that allows us to assert ourselves in the face of impediments to our progress, or violations of our boundaries or sense of self.

We can use this energy to take ourselves from the formlessness of the unknown into manifesting our plans, decisions, and intentions. With our anger intact and available, we can cultivate a strong sense of ourselves, our needs, our boundaries, and rights of others.

In this 4 week course we will spend time establishing safety, getting more clear on our boundaries, learning to tolerate the feeling of anger, experiment with mindful expression of this powerful feeling and develop individualized grounding resources. 

This course will be held on 4 Fridays, May 4, 11, 18 & 25, 12:30-2:30pm $120
